Refund Policy

Green Robot AI is an online service operated by Singularity Foundation LLC. All payments are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as our Merchant of Record. This means Paddle is the seller of record for your purchase and handles all billing, refunds, and related support.

To request a refund, manage your subscription, or get billing help, visit paddle.net. Refunds are issued in accordance with Paddle’s Buyer Terms and Conditions, which apply to all transactions in addition to this policy. Where this policy and Paddle’s terms conflict, Paddle’s terms govern. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.

1. SUBSCRIPTIONS

If you are unsatisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or your most recent renewal. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; you retain access until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for the unused portion of a billing period.

2. CREDITS AND ONE-TIME PURCHASES

Purchases of credits or other one-time items are non-refundable once the credits have been redeemed or used, except where required by applicable law. By purchasing and accessing these items, you consent to their immediate provision and acknowledge that any statutory right of withdrawal is waived once use has begun.

3. STATUTORY RIGHTS

Consumers in certain jurisdictions, including the EU and UK, may have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days. This right does not apply once you have begun using digital content that you agreed to access immediately. This policy does not affect any rights you have in relation to products that are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.
